Bolognese singer and actress Angela Baraldi, Giorgio Canali (ex PFM, CCCP and CIS) and Steve Dal Col reinterpret Joy Division, 40 years after the death of Ian Curtis, voice and frontman of the Salford band. A project born in 2010 with a double challenge – a female voice and the absence of bass and drums, the main elements of Joy Division’s sound – accepted throughout ten years of concerts around Italy. The songs take on a different light, supported by the interweaving of Giorgio Canali and Steve Dal Col’s guitars and sung in the original keys by Angela Baraldi’s unique voice.
