The sound of the Catholic sense of guilt. This is Father Murphy, in the words of the founders, Federico Zanatta and Chiara Lee, who established their mysterious, enigmatic duo in Turin in 2003. They became a cult band on the neo-psychedelic, noise rock and dark scene, full of fascination with occult-tied esoterica. The duo’s concert at Santarcangelo will be one of the last opportunities to hear them live: their break-up has already been announced. Rising: A Requiem for Father Murphy is their final album. This live gig will be a celebration, a ritual in memory of their career on stages all over Europe.
